Potato With Sesame And Black Mustard Seeds |

DIRECTIONS
Boil potato in jackets and let cool until they can be easily handled. Can accelerate by placing in ice cubes and water. Cut into 1/2 to 3/4 inch bits.
Heat oil in wok or fry pan until very hot. Add all seeds and when you hear the popping add the potatoes and stir fry for 5 minutes. Finally add the salt, cayenne and lemon juice and cook for 3 to 4 more minutes.
