Scorched Cauliflower |

DIRECTIONS
Cut the cauliflower florets into somewhat uniform 1-1/2" to 2" size. Use some of the stalks at your discretion.
Mix oil, butter, garlic and salt and pepper with cauliflower... toss or brush. Bake 40 to 50 minutes at 400 - 425 degrees. Test doneness with a fork. Florets should be generously speckled with black scorched dots.
