Lox & Cream Cheese Spread


 


INGREDIENTS

  • 8 oz of lox
  • 8 to 12 oz. cream cheese depending on your wallet or how pronounced the flavor of lox you desire. You can fake it quite successfully by complimenting the lox flavor with 2 to 3 anchovies. [Jenny prefers straight lox]
  • 3/4 tsp. graded onion
  • 1 Tbs. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • One pinch of horseradish.

DIRECTIONS

Mix in food processor
