Shrimp Alice



  • 1/2 cup finely chopped green onions and celery
  • 1/2 cup grated carrot
  • 1or 2 diced tomatoes
  • 3 tbs. chopped black olives
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 1 1/2 cups grated Monterey jack
  • About a half pound small cooked shrimp


After mixing these, add mayonnaise to the desired consistency. Plus some black pepper.

This is great in pita bread or those corn tortillas like Sean said. Enjoy! Good picnic/ potluck food.
