Paul's Meat Balls


Serves 3 to 4


INGREDIENTS

  • 1-1/2 pound of ground chuck

    Place the following in blender:
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions [one small onion-2 inches in diameter]
  • 1 tsp. curry
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup of lightly packed Italian parsley

DIRECTIONS

Blend above and mix into the ground chuck.

Shape into 6 to 7 balls and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
