INGREDIENTS
CRUST: DIRECTIONS
Blend the above and pour into crust covered pie pan.
Prepare the meringue topping by beating 2 egg whites while combining with 1/4 cup of sugar and a teaspoon of vanilla. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 325 degrees, or until tinged with golden brown.
PS. It is realistic to make 2 at a time. There is NO better.
