Microwave Butterscotch Sauce |

DIRECTIONS
Mix all the liquid ingredients well, dissolved corn starch, cream, corn syrup and the salt.
Mix in the sugar. Cook in microwave at HIGH for 3 minutes, then add half of the butter and only partially stir in. Continue to cook for another 2 minutes. Add remainder of butter and stir in. When cool add the vanilla. May serve cool or warm. My microwave cookbook
